Key Stage 3

In Key Stage 3 students will have weekly cooking lessons where they will work on their designing, making and evaluating skills. As part of their work with food, pupils should be taught how to cook and apply the principles of nutrition and healthy eating. Instilling a love of cooking is a crucial life skill that enables students to feed themselves and others affordably and well, now and in later life.

Key Stage 4

In Key Stage 4 students will work towards a vocational qualification in Hospitality and Tourism.
